Day 1:Marrakech airport :

Arrival to Marrakech and transfer to the riad.

Pick up you from the Airport of Marrakech and transfer you to Your Riad Inside of the old medina overnight with breakfast. Overnight in riad

Day 2:Marrakech Visit

Explore Marrakech with a local guide. Night at the Riad After breakfast, we’ll explore Marrakech – “the red city of Morocco.” We will ensure you see the most important historical and cultural sites, including the Majorelle Gardens, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, and the Bahia Palace. After lunch at a restaurant near the square, we’ll take a walk through the souks, and the rest of the day will be at your leisure.

Day 3:Marrakech - Essaouira

We will pick you up from the riad and drive to Essaouira through the forest of the Argan trees. In Essaouira you will have your own time to explore the harbor, beach, and medina. Although this 15th Century town is quite small, there are plenty of places to visit. The medina is full of little shops selling the local specialty of Thuya wood carvings. The European sailors in the past used to call the place Mogador, and the style of boat building in the harbor is Portuguese style. The masses of blue fishing boats make for a great photograph.

Day 4:Essaouira - El Oualidia - El Jadida - Casablanca

We leave Essaouira to Casablanca all the way by coast. This route is full of beautiful views of the wonderful sea and beaches. We will stop in Oualidia, a serene fishing village spread along the southern shores of a natural seawater lagoon, flanked by a kasbah built in 1634 by Sultan el Oualidia. Enjoy lunch while watching the constantly changing coastal views. After lunch in El Oualidia we continue to El Jadida, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which served as a former Portuguese colony with its fortified and moated medina lying adjacent to the harbor. Traces of its Portuguese past remain in its lanes and ramparts, and most notably its underground cisterns, pillared and vaulted like a church crypt and illuminated by eerie shafts of sunlight. With a stylish boulevard sprinkled with cafes, the beach stretches out towards the horizon. El Jadida also shows off what is Morocco’s most beautiful 18-hole golf course. From there we will drive to spend the night in Casablanca

Day 5:Casablanca - Rabat - Chefchaouen

After breakfast at the hotel we will visit the hassan 2 mosque then drive to explore Rabat’s major attractions: Hassan Tower and Mausoleum of Mohammed V and his son Hassan II – former king and father of the current king. We will also make a stop at the 12th Century Kasbah Udayas: a departure point for armies leaving to conquer Spain during the 18th century, a gathering of pirates who used to capture Christian ships. Following, we will continue our drive through the Rif Mountains to explore the Moroccan countryside and spend the night in one of the beautiful towns in the north of Morocco called Chefchaouen, also called blue city.

Day 6:Chefchaouen - Volubilis - Meknes – Fez

After a traditional Moroccan breakfast we drive to  the archeological ruins of Volubilis. The ruins are an outstanding example of the different kinds of civilizations that made Morocco their home and are still present in the cultural traditions of the country. This makes it an ideal place for a walk through its beauty and history.   The day continues in the city of Meknes, one-time home of the Moroccan sultanate Moulay Ismail and tonight’s resting location. you will explore the imperial city where you can visit its ancient medina and be taken back in time through its alleyways, a true 5 sense experience that we are sure you will treasure forever.

Day 7:Fes-Fes (visiting the city with a local guide)

This third day we will dedicate it to visiting Fes, the oldest imperial city of Morocco, the city that was the capital of Morocco until 1925 the modern Turkish name for Morocco, Fes, originally referred only to the capital city.

The city has two old medinas, the larger of which is Fes el Bali. It is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is believed to be one of the world’s largest car-free urban areas. Al-Qarawiyyin, founded in AD 859, is the oldest continuously functioning madrasa in the world. The city has been called the “Mecca of the West” and the “Athens of Africa. The Merenid Tombs on the rim of the valley will give you a spectacular overview of the city. The Boujeloud Gardens is a real haven with an open air café and many picnic spots. After visiting the city we will return to the hotel.

Day 8:Fes - Middle Atlas Mountains - Midelt - Ziz Valley - Sahara Desert . Camel ride and night at desert camp

In the morning, we will pick you up from the riad at the appointed time. Our journey to Sahara will take us through the scenic slopes of the Middle Atlas Mountain Range.First, we take in the beauty of the cedar forests in the Middle Atlas and enter the world of the Berber people, as we pass many of the mountain villages. We will also pass by Ifrane, a charming ski resort; and Azrou, an important handicraft center specializing in cedar woodwork. We continue our drive towards the desert through the town of Erfoud towards one of the highlights of your trip — the camel trek into the beautiful Erg Chebbi dunes. As the sun begins to set at the horizon, you ride the camel through the desert towards the camp where you will spend a magical evening in a bivouac camp. As you settle into the camp and relax under a million stars, we prepare a fresh and delicious Berber dinner. After dinner, you can climb to the top of the dunes, gaze up at the stars and may even go sand boarding. The desert is pure freedom. In the evening, you can choose to sleep in a traditional Nomad camel hair tent or outside under the stars.

Day 9:Merzouga - Rissani - Todra Gorges - Dades Valley

In the morning, you will have the opportunity to take some amazing pictures as the sun rises over the dunes. It is a unique and unforgettable event. Our camels await you for the trek back to your hotel where you can enjoy a fresh shower and an open-air breakfast at the edge of the desert overlooking the dunes. We then depart for Dades valley. As we make our way through the palm tree groves we stop to visit an ancient underground system of irrigation called Kheterra. It was used many years ago to provide the local farmers with fresh water. Whilst the water has dried up long ago, it is still possible to visit the tunnel systems. We continued our journey to stop for lunch at a restaurant in one of the Berber towns along the way. Later we will reach the Todra Gorge, a magnificent canyon in the High Atlas Mountains, the highlight of the second day. There will be time for a walk on the canyon floor with the spectacular cliffs surrounding you on either side. We end the day in the Dades Valley. It is a wonderful destination overlooking a fertile valley and the panorama of the mountains beyond.

Day 10:Dades valley - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Ait ben Haddou - Marrakech

After breakfast in the hotel, we will travel through the Dades Valley to get into the High Atlas, where we observe the change of life of the Berbers of the mountains to the desert nomads. Afterwards, we will continue to track the path and enter the Valley of Roses, where its people made creams, soaps, and the famous rose-water from all-natural crops of roses. From there we follow the road of A Thousand Kasbahs, which cuts through the oasis of Skoura. We will stop to visit Ouarzazate — the Hollywood of Morocco — where you can visit a film studio. From there we carry on to Ait Benhadou Kasbah, the highlight of the day. The Kasbah is now a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site and famous for being the location of film sets like Gladiator, Lawrence of Arabia and many more. You can climb through the village to the top of the hill where you will be rewarded with breathtaking views. From there we will continue our journey to Marrakech via Tichka Pass to explore the stunning High Atlas Mountains. Many Berber villages can be found along this route.
